Sudan’s foreign ministry says President Omar al Bashir will visit Russia next month, at the invitation of President Vladimir Putin. Mr Bashir, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court on charges of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity, rarely travels outside of Africa and the Middle East. Over 1million students have been enrolled in the leaners registration exercise conducted by national identification and registration authority (NIRA). His Worship Mugabo’s appointment takes immediate effect. The Uganda Police has called upon the Kyadondo East Member of Parliament elect Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine to help in the fight against crimes in the area.
