The prime minister of the Republic of Uganda Rt.Hon.Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda has said that the country is in need of two billion dollars to be able to address the increasing number of refugees.  an 18 year old woman, a resident of Bukomasimbi in Masaka district has been sentenced to serve one and half years imprisonment at Luzira prison by the Kampala City Hall Court. This incidence follows when she has pleaded guilty to giving false information to police regarding the murder of fallen AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi. South Sudanese intelligence officials have reportedly arrested six Ethiopian rebels belonging to the Unity Patriot Front in the capital, Juba a deal involving the illegal gun allegedly used by a local militias group allied to the government leaked. The CAF Congress that convened on Monday morning in Manama, Bahrain appointed FUFA President Eng. Moses Magogo as a CAF Executive Committee Member. FA Presidents are in Bahrain for Thursday’s FIFA Congress. The new Confederation of African Football (Caf) President, Ahmad, says he has refused to accept a salary from African football’s governing body. The Chief Justice Bart Katureebe has directed all judicial officers to deliver pending judgments and clear backlog cases within 18 months from to date or face disciplinary action. Justice Katureebe’s directive contained in the April 28 circular was sent to justices of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, registrars and magistrates at different ranks.
