The ministry of education has released the results of students who sat for the 2016 grade III Teachers Certificate Examination, indicating a slight improvement in the students’ performance. Presenting the results at the office of the president, the Vice Chancellor Kyambogo University Prof Elly Kantuguka said that out of the 16,000 candidate, 10,000 passed while over 5,000 failed completely. Only 6 candidates got distinctions, 9,500 credit and 529 attained passes.
