The Ministry of Health on Saturday recorded 13 new coronavirus cases, taking the total of those diagnosed with the virus to 102. The new cases include two travellers from Dubai, two travellers who arrived from Turkey and the other nine cases that are contacts of previously confirmed positive cases who were identified through tracing. Prime Minister Ruhakana Rugunda has told Parliament that utility companies will still charge for services, except that service providers should exercise restraint in and consider grace periods for defaulters. The Finance Minister Matia Kasaija has, on behalf of President Museveni, tabled the 2020/2021 budget estimates, with Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs taking the lead at over Shs4.3 trillion.
