The Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, has asked President Museveni to extend tax incentives and holidays to a one Prof. Muhamad Lubega, the proprietor of Lubega School of Nursing and Medical Services. Reports indicate that four people have died while scores are missing in Zesui and Masaba sub counties in Sironko district following multiple landslides on 03 December 2019.
