Jinja Road Police officers intercepted a driver only identify as Julius at the check point with a forged sticker and on interrogation, he revealed who sold him the sticker. Members of Parliament have asked government to come up with tougher measures to curb the spread of corona virus by truck drivers crossing into the country.
