The Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, has beseeched sugarcane growers to embrace value addition to avert relying on outgrowing for sugar factories. Kadaga was speaking at the launch of Busoga Cooperative Sugarcane value addition incubation centre in Kitayunjwa, Kamuli district.
