Doctors Without Borders (MSF) last week said 125 women and girls had been raped while walking to emergency food distribution centers set up by international aid agencies. The Gulu Magistrate’s court has issued criminal summons against Members of Parliament Gerald Karuhanga (Ntungamo Municipality) and Paul Mwiru (Jinja East) for failing to turn up for today’s mention of the treason case against them.
