North Korea’s top diplomat has called US President Donald Trump’s speech to the UN “the sound of a barking dog”. Speaking to the UN General Assembly on Tuesday, Mr Trump said he would “totally destroy” North Korea if it posed a threat to the US or its allies. Deputy speaker Jacob Oulanyah has shocked the House this afternoon as he revealed to the members about the suspension of the age limit motion. Oulanyah informed the lawmakers that he discussed the motions with the speaker and agreed to have more time to scrutinize it with other petitions before it is allowed to be tabled before parliament for a debate. He added that once all the issues involved on the same is resolved, the leaders of the motions would be informed.
