Patriotic Women carrying placards
The same way the opposition and some civil society organizations have launched different campaigns against constitution amendment, a group of women from Lango Sub region have also called for the lifting of term limits to enable president Museveni to rule till death.
This group of over 5o women who were dressed in yellow National Resistance Movement (NRM) T-shirts and sandals were seen carrying placards written on ‘We support Age Limit removal, Museveni Pakalast’ an event that attracted a lot of public attention in the area.
The issue of Age limit has erupted allot of mixed reactions among different group of people across the country as some think its high time Museveni retired from active politics.
