Mwijukye attacks minister over witchcraft alleged women murders report

Buhwejju legislator Hon. Francis Mwijukye has called for the resignation of line ministers in charge of Security following Wakiso women murders.

Speaking during today’s plenary mwijukye said that parliament cannot continue with the minister in office when the people are killed yet legislators swore to protect life and property.

In the recent developments as per 4th September 2017, 21 women have been killed by the assailants through means of being manual strangulation and mutilation in Kampala suburb however both the minister for security Gen Henry Tumukunde and the inspector general of police Gen kale kaihura visited the areas of Entebbe and vowed to fight and manhandle those merciless goons carrying out the catastrophic gruesome killing of women.

In the same parliamentary plenary chaired by the deputy speaker Jacob Oulanya, the Minister of Internal affairs Gen. Jeje Odong told the house that the recent women murders are linked to witchcraft.

He said that after thorough investigations, it was confirmed that most of these were carried out by a notorious killer known as Ibrahim Kaweesa who confessed to have been hired by a one Philip Tumuhibise to kill for him 12 women for ritual purposes.

However Minister Jeje Odong has assured the August House that the situation is under control since all the prime suspects are in police custody.

On Tuesday deputy speaker Jacob Oulanya suspended plenary sittings following the absence of the two who were tasked to file a report explaining the mysterious killings of women in Wakiso District.
