Kadaga MP Suspension was biased, aimed to cripple opposition – Centenary

MP Centenary

As the suspended members of parliament are expected to return to Parliament today after the three missed parliamentary sittings, a list has been drafted with names of those that should meet with the disciplinary committee of Parliament something that has created a lot of mixed reactions.

Kasese municipality Member of Parliament Hon. Robert Centenary has instead criticized move noting that the list very unrealistic and corrupted because he expected people like Hon. Kibule to appear since his offence is much greater than that of any of the opposition MPs.

‘The irony is that Hon. Kibule who smuggled a gun into Parliament is not on that list.’ He wonders.

Much more, Hon. Centenary wonders why a person like Hon. Kabaziguruka is appearing on the list yet he was in a wheelchair and according to him, he believes that the person who made the list has ulterior motives aside from disciplining the MPs as they claim.

‘Kabaziguruka who appeared in a wheelchair is on the list of those who have to face Disciplinary Committee!’ He wonders.

He also exposes his distrust in the words of the speaker to examine the footage and prove whether Hon. Kibuule actually had a gun because he believes anything in that footage can be changed. ‘

Hon. Centenary further condemns the appearance of SFC into parliament as he claims that it is meant to protect the President and his family and therefore should have been the last force to enter into the parliament chambers
