Museveni meets Red pepper directors, orders for reopening

Red Pepper premises have remained under siege since 21st Nov, 2017 without producing its regular publications of The Red Pepper Newspaper, Kamunye Newspaper, Entasi Weekly Newspaper and Red Pepper Online

Following the long time closure of Uganda’s leading sensational News Paper, it has been confirmed that this has to become history by today evening.

According to News reaching our Desk reveals that President Museveni has finally ordered for the reopening of its offices and other sister stations.

Our well-placed source also says that this resolution was reached following the meeting between the Head of State and the Media house directors on Tuesday night at State lodge Nakasero.

Police officers blocking the premises and all the property that was confiscated by security agencies are also to be given to the owners by Wednesday evening.
