Keith Muhakanizi
High court in Kampala has issued a warrant of arrest against Mr. Keith Muhakanizi, the permanent Secretary and secretary to the Treasury, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development over unpaid claims.
According to the court summons dated today 17th August, 2017, issued and signed by Rwatooro Muhendo, the Deputy Registrar of High Court (Execution Division) in Kampala states that Muhakanizi failed to effect the payment of USD. 25,623.4 & UGX 23,763,100/= for costs of the suite.
In the same plea, Muhakanizi has been directed to effect payment by 22nd September or be arrested and produced in Court for contempt of court orders.
