NAIROBI: A special sitting of MPs was cancelled indefinitely due to fears of mass coronavirus infections among them and a warning from the Ministry of Health, the Nation has learnt. The parliament’s appointments committee yesterday rejected the re-appointment of Dr Johnson Byabashaija as the commissioner-general of the Uganda Prisons Service on the basis of old age.
