There has been public concern on why Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) will release the 2019 Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) results tomorrow Friday 17th January 2020 at Kampala Parents’ School, owned by city tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia. Police has re-arrested Lwemiyaga County MP Theodore Ssekikubo from his home and whisked him away. This comes a day after Masaka Chief Magistrate Deogratius Ssejjemba released him on bail following four nights in prison. His Lawyer Medard Lubega Ssegona who also doubles as Busiro east MP has confirmed his re arrest. It is not clear why Ssekikubo has been arrested again.
