A team of detectives from the Special Investigations Division last evening arrested Joseph Kabuleta, a former Vision group journalist who is currently a pastor and put him under custody. According the police spokesperson, Kabuleta was apprehended because of offensive communication against the person of the President. Parliament will name a Committee on Climate Change in a campaign to mitigate global warming, the Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga has revealed.
