Kampala Metropolitan Area police spokesperson Emilian Kayima confirmed the arrest of the group led by a one Robinson Wabulembo was on Tuesday morning. The duo dressed in white were caught setting the t-shirts bearing President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni face on fire along Luwum Street in Kampala city center. The minister of Justice and constitutional Affairs Kahinda Otafiire has called on the prosecutors not to over burden tax payers with their demands. Former Ruhinda legislator made this statements during the meeting with prosecutors citing that they made heavy demands which would force the government to borrow and over tax the population which will hurt the national economy. Janifer Frances Namara a graduate from Kyambogo University was yesterday knocked and died on spot by Justine Kasule Lumumba’s Car the National Resistance Movement Secretary General along Entebbe Road.
