Hon. Abiriga taking oath as Arua MP
Arua Municipality MP Abiriga Arua has this afternoon been Buganda Road Chief Magistrates Court for urinating on a wall at the ministry of Finance, a few metres from parliament.
The yellow fixed legislator is therefore expected to report to court on October 6 2017 at 09am.
According the letter dated 27th September, Abiriga is being accused of committing a nuisance by easing in public contrary to section 27 of the Local Government [Kampala City Council] Maintenance of Law and Order Ordinance, 2006.
Abiriga was photographed urinating on the fence of the Ministry of Finance building along Nile Avenue. He in defense said that it was hopeless to photograph him urinating since he had taken a lot of soda and badly off.
