Museveni With Kagame

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has this evening dismissed the media allegations that affiliated government to the plot to have President Paul Kagame overthrown.

According to the press release dated 20th signed by the Permanent Secretary Amb. Patrick S. Mugoya reveals that the story was biased and baseless aimed to cripple the relation between the two countries.
