Basalirwa, Kabanda and Museveni
It’s must now be reasonably clear why Hon. Asuman Basalirwa’s Bugiri Municipality Victory sparked mega controversy in both opposition and the ruling party.
This has not only stopped that the revolutionary comeback of the Justice Forum Party (JEEMA) but has also earmarked with the poaching of former President Museveni’s ally.
Aisha Kabanda Nalule, former influential State House employee vacated the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) Party recently which she has served since her youth days.
She has defected to opposition party JEEMA headed by Asuman Basalirwa. It should be noted that Kabanda who doubles as former Kampala RCC first shocked the world when she drove to Bugiri & de-campaigned the ruling party candidate.
Kabanda a CBS FM Wednesday Radio Talk show panelist and is much known for attacking Boda Boda 2010’s Abdullah Kitatta. She is married to Omar Kalinge Nyago who is much known for restlessly supporting former presidential Candidate Pastor Elton Joseph Mabiri during the most critical time.
