President Museveni’s self-drive mid this week has sparked tones of controversy as different stakeholders accuse him of gross abuse of office.
Museveni drove himself around his farm in Kisozi, Gomba District where he had been since the start of the year.
“This is abuse of state resources. We, the taxpayers bought this car to facilitate Mr Museveni to smoothly carry on state duties not to herd his cows.” A concerned civilian Noted.
