Commissioner of Police, Josephine Kakooza has passed on Wednesday morning at Namirembe Hospital. Kakooza, who died of pressure.
According the spokesperson Emilian Kayima, Kakooza has been one of the longest serving Police Officer Commissioner of Police.
Kakooza who has been serving as the Director Uganda Police Band, breathed her last at Namirembe hospital today morning 9th .January 2019 .
She joined the force in 1969
Uganda Police Chief Political Commissar Asan Kasingye, said: “The veteran Police Band Commissioner of Police breathed her last this morning at 3:00 am due to pressure while she had visited her home in Mukono.
May her soul rest in eternal peace and may God strengthen her family and the entire Uganda Police fraternity
