Teargas and live bullets have rocked one love Beach Busabala as police attempted to block Bobi Wine and his supporters from accessing the venue.
Amidst the scuffle, Members of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine, Mityana’s Francis Zaake have been arrested and whisked away to unknown destination in a black police van.
Earlier, events promoters Andrew Mukasa of Bajjo Events together with Abbey Musinguzi (Abtex) were also arrested.
Teargas and bullets are still being fired to disperse #BobiWine‘s supporters that have turned rowdy.
Police claims the concert was cancelled on Sunday citing lack of adherence to set guidelines and no proper safety measures for revelers.
This provoked Bobi Wine to leave his home in Magere a Kampala suburb and head to one love beach where he has his concert dubbed “Engule Mu Kyarenga” today, Easter Monday on foot something that attracted hundreds of supporters to join the procession.
