A 20 year old boy was killed instantly yesterday evening when he fell off from a moving vehicle at Nyarutu village in Rwamucucu Sub County in Rukiga District.
Kigezi Regional Police Spokesman Elly Maate identified the deceased as Kamugisha Innocent a resident of Kanywero village in Mparo Town Council.
Maate said that the vehicle from which Kamugisha fell off was not immediately identified and the Police is looking for the owner and its not yet clear if the deceased was a passenger on the vehicle or not .
The accident was reported at Rukiga District Police Station and was registered under reference number TAR 37/2020 to help in further investigation.
Meanwhile Kabale Regional Referral Hospital has received 2 state of art ambulances which are aimed at evacuating accident victims and other terminally ill patients.
