A Congolese, Jean Luc Kajibwami Mashagiro, is alleged to have scammed an Israel in a fake gold deal.
According to the anonymous Israel Victim, Mashagiro and the group invited him to Uganda and showed him gold bars worth about $500,000.
They invited him to an unknown hotel in Munyonyo.
Jean Luc told this Israel Citizen that he was coming from Congo and he is staying in a hotel while the hotel bills are taking him though he has gold so the Israeli gave Jean Luc $5,000 for the hotel bills
The next day Jean Luc and the group met this Man with a box in the car which had Gold bars after they asked for money for this Gold.
He wanted to check with acid, but he insisted and they gave him only one bar with pure Gold, which passed the test while they never allowed this man to touch the bars after they locked the box and moved to their car.
They seduced the white man to give them money.
He went to the bank and withdrew the money and gave them to Jean Luc after a while Jean Luc disappeared with both the box which had fake Gold bars and the money which was close to $500,000
