David Lutalo doing his thing
Last night fans of live music braved the chilly weather to watch David Lutalo perform on Unplugged Sn 2 finale, and they were not disappointed for even one minute.
The “Woololo” star stepped on stage and immediately set the crowd cheering and dancing to his hits like “Akabina Kapapala,” “Gunsitula” among others.
The turn up for Unplugged Sn 2 finale, which stretched into the wee hours of Thursday morning, was another validation of the popularity of Unplugged Sn 2 and David Lutalo as an artist.
The turn up was so huge that even moving the stage to the parking lot did not help. Several fans who couldn’t fit inside could be seen watching and enjoying the show from across the Liquid Silk fence.
The crowd was animated and engaged every minute of the journey, and paid little attention to the outdoor setup and cold weather.
When David Lutalo finally left the stage, late in the night, his fans were still glued to their seats, as if expecting more from the star.
It was clear that they would be looking forward to the next session of Unplugged.
