Kampala Metropolitan Police (KMP) is hunting a driver who knocked dead Police Officer PC Owili.
PC Owili was enforcing Covid19 guidelines in Kabalagala.
The car that knocked PC Owili dead was Registration Number UAP 122Z.
“The Driver of this vehicle has just knocked our Officer PC Owili dead around Kabalagala,” said KMP spokesperson.
“The officer was enforcing the guidelines on Covid19.”
