President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has this evening appointed Jamil Ssenyonjo as the new Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) executive director. This comes only six months after the temporary appointment of Eng. Andrew Kitaka who replaced Ms. Jennifer Musisi who resigned over what she described as unreconcilable differences at city Hall.
