Lt.Gen. Andrew Gutti the Chairman of the General Court Martial sitting in Makindye has again denied bail to Boda boda 2010 patron Abdalla Kitatta.
In his ruling, Lt.Gen.Gutti said Kitatta being a prominent figure in society he is likely to interfere with investigations.
He adds that no evidence has been provided to show that his sickness cannot be handled by prison officials
According to Prosecution, Abdallah Kitatta, Sowali Ngobi and Ibrahim Ssekajja were found in unlawful possession of an SMG rifle and a pistol without a valid firearm licence, contrary to Section 3 and section 2 of the fire arms act on January 21st in Wakaliga, Rubaga division.
