Musisi and Lukwago
Kampala City Lord Mayor Elias Lukwago has challenged and vowed not to honour the resignation of the Executive Director Jennifer Musisi she properly submits audited books and refund all the swindled money.
Speaking while appearing on CBS FM during the weekend, Lukwago said that Musisi should first refund the Presidential handshake money as recommended by the parliament committee.
Lukwago insists that there is no reason for people to celebrate Musisi’s reign since it has been characterized with a lot of impunity.
He adds that Musisi departure needs to be blocked so that people can know that being in public offices should be focused doing service delivery not power struggles.
