Government has declared Friday this week as a day of national mourning for the victims that died after a boat capsized on Lake Victoria over the weekend.
According to the first Deputy Prime Minister Gen. Moses Ali, All Flags shall be hanged at half-mast to pay tribute to the dozens that perished in the nasty incident.
Over 30 bodies have so far been retrieved from Lake Victoria after the Saturday tragedy as the search by the police continues.
